Nigel Addison Smith has been the Finance Director of UK Export Finance (ECGD) since 2005. ECGD is the UK's Official Export Credit Agency with emerging market exposure of £19bn. Prior to ECGD, Nigel was the Chief Financial Officer of ebookers plc, Europe's leading online travel agency. Previously Nigel was the Finance Director of Air 2000 (part of First Choice) and Group Financial Controller of First Choice Holidays PLC (now TUI Travel). He started his career at KPMG in London."

Appointed in May 2012 as European Chief Financial Officer, Teuta is responsible for managing Financial Control, IT, HR, Legal, Project Management and Risk & Compliance across Pepper's European operations. She is Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants with over fifteen years' experience of regulated financial markets and is also a Mentor with ICAEW, a leadership development program for women in finance.
Prior to joining Pepper, Teuta held Finance Director roles with Vanguard Asset Management and Willis Insurance brokers. Prior to this she held senior level finance positions with Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse First Boston and Schroders.


Angelika Angelika Dubas
Finance Director EMEA - Food & Beverage and Textile Care

Angelika has fifteen years of international finance experience in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, food and beverage, and manufacturing. Her strengths include strategy formulation and developing and executing plans in improving operational performance. Angelika started her professional career with Abbott Laboratories in Chicago in 1998 and joined Johnson and Johnson in 2007. She is currently Finance Director Food and Beverage and Textile Care Europe, Middle East and Africa at Ecolab.

Angelika has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and has completed “CFO: Becoming a Strategic Partner” program at the Wharton School of the University in Pennsylvania.

Narin is the Finance Director and is responsible for Crown's various operations in the UK, Ireland & Scandinavia. The business operates in two principal sectors: international relocation services and data storage. UK is the largest business within the EMEA territory and a key contributor to the group's global business. Since joining Narin has restructured the central finance function and has been actively involved with the company’s recent acquisition activities. His role is increasingly focussed on driving efficiency and their growth strategy.

Stephan Kreuzberg has been Director of Finance at Hertz until October 2012, where he was responsible for the $900m Southern European Business at Hertz Europe.

He started his career with Citibank in Germany as Financial Analyst. After 8 years, he joined the Hertz Corporation in 2006 as Business Controller for Germany.

As the company went through significant change and transformation programmes in the following years, following a change of ownership into private equity, Stephan was also able to step up to playing a key role in leading various transformation related projects for the European Finance function.

His own career developed step by step in parallel through roles with increasing responsibility in Controlling, Finance Business Partnering and leading FP&A roles.

He has over 14 years of experience in international senior roles within Finance, with a strong focus on planning and analysis, organizational transformations and process improvement.

Stephan lives in the Geneva area with his family. He studied Business Administration at Hochschule Niederrhein. He is native German and fluent in English and French.

From 2005 until today Anastassios Rodopoulos holds the role of Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / General Manager at Mamidoil-Jetoil SA Group of Companies in Greece, a Member of Mamidakis Group of Companies, with an annual Turnover €1,5 billion. This business is active in Oil & Energy, Import, Store, Sale and Distribution of Fuel Oil products in the Greek Market, Shipping co.’s and Aviation. The Group is also active in the Hotels and Shipping Business.

Mr Rodopoulos's main activities and responsibilities include: overall responsibility for the Company’s Business in the local market and abroad, Member of the operating Board of Directors team; full responsibility on P&L, Investment activities and applying the Company strategy based on the business plan and the BOD decisions; market development responsibility local and overseas operations; overall responsibility for the Finance and Treasury Divisions, Accounting, Audit, Taxation, supervising IT-ERP (SAP) Department and optimization of business processes; company representative to the local & International banks, financial organizations and financial advisors; and liaise with the Managing Director for Investment activities and Funding capabilities by raising long term corporate bonds.

Previously Mr Rodopoulos was Group Chief Financial Officer for Empedos SA, Group of companies from 2002 to 2004, Finance and Operations Director at Antenna TV Group, from 2000 to 2004 and from 1995 – 2000 was Finance and Controlling Director of Beiersdorf Hellas AE (BDF).

A procurement strategist and productivity advisor with 20+ years experience in senior management primarily focused in the Pharmaceutical industry. Over his career at Novartis Pharma and Merck & Co., he has headed Sourcing organizations in Canada, Europe, and globally across all regions, where he created and drove the strategy to transform the function and develop its talent.

Sammy has become a recognized thought leader on growing procurement into a broader productivity champion. He pens a widely followed blog on “Beyond Procurement”, and is a regular contributor and speaker on the topic of “what’s next in Productivity”. He holds a degree in Architecture, an executive MBA from UQAM (Canada), and is a PhD candidate at the Technical University of Munich (Germany). He also serves as an executive partner for corporate research with the Institute for Supply Chain Management (European Business School, Germany).

Caroline Stockmann is the first Chief Financial Officer of Save the Children International.

Caroline’s previous roles have been quite diverse: acting International Director at Sue Ryder Care, Finance and Commercial Director at Southbank Centre, London; Head of Global Business Planning for Novartis Pharma AG, the 23bn USD concern based out of Switzerland; CFO/CIO of Unilever Thailand, a 600m Euro market-leader in 8 of its segments; and VP Finance for Unilever Bestfoods Europe, an 8bn Euro business covering 40+ countries.

CFO for Bestfoods Benelux before the merger with Unilever, Caroline has also held a variety of other roles within Bestfoods, Granada plc and Cadbury Schweppes. Caroline trained and qualified with KPMG, and holds a Diploma in Charity Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Caroline originally studied music and languages, both of which she has used in past careers. Prior to training as an accountant she also worked for the Lancaster Diocese for 2 years, developing and running school-leaver courses for young people.

A British/Canadian national, Caroline is married with 2 children.
